Whether we connect in a bespoke 1:1 breakthrough experience, group coaching setting or through an online self-study course, you will be invited to integrate our signature three phase method to rewire your subconscious, upgrade your thoughts and behaviours leading you to get into alignment with your future self and be empowered with the tools to start manifesting the life you desire.

I am a firm believer in working smarter not harder. I also understand with the demands of modern day life it can be hard to protect time for your personal development and stay consistent. Our method has strategically been broken down into daily manageable segments taking between 10 - 30 minutes to make it easy to integrate into your daily life and support consistent action.
 

Phase 1: Align

This phase is the start of your empowerment journey. We have carefully curated a variety of self discovery practices to bring clarity to where you are, what you want for your future and the changes you wish to bring into your life.

Phase 2: Release

Your journey then moves on to explore the key events that have shaped your subconscious beliefs. You will safely be guided through a process of healing and rewiring of the subconscious where you will install new & upgraded beliefs that support your personal growth and development into your future self.

Phase 3: Unleash

This phase is designed to get you into energetic alignment with your goals. You will create a soul led manifestation plan, reflect on your journey to date and learn strategies to keep you on track.
